Since the Company was founded over 30 years ago Cosmo Graphis Imaging Ltd has grown from a reliable microfilm scanning bureau to become the largest full-service document management service provider in the North West, with a turnover exceeding £2.7 million and a workforce of 60. The bureau has evolved to meet changing customer requirements and now caters to a wide range of customers document capture and conversion needs.
The Company now has the capacity to process 3 million images a week with its fleet of the latest Bell & Howell scanners and IBML ultra high speed production scanner.
To complement its scanning services CGIL also possesses its own EDMS software CG Gold which can be adapted to a clients own specific needs. This software can be either client or web based.
Security
CGIL uses its own fleet of secure vehicles to collect what can be highly sensitive information and, to transfer the records to its Altrincham Data Processing Centre, which has gate security and additional perimeter and interior surveillance systems.
The Company has a reliable stable workforce which has undergone enhanced CRB checking.
All work carried out for customers takes place at the Altrincham Data Processing Centre and the Company does not use sub contractors.
