Cosmo Graphis Imaging provide a high quality document scanning service to a wide range of clients throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

All documents are collected and returned by our own transport.

We achieve the highest levels of image quality by using Bell+Howell scanners that feature VRS image enhancement technology.

All scanned images are verified and accepted at 'scan time' to ensure image integrity.

Although the majority of our clients use CGGold to meet their document management requirements, we are able to return images and their indexes in any format required and on any medium.

Kofax VirtualReScan™ is an electronic check-point for scanned images. As quickly as images pass through the scanner, VRS performs a multi-point inspection of each document. VRS instantly checks and adjusts for alignment (skew), brightness, contrast, and image clarity. Any inconsistencies are immediately corrected by VRS so that only the straightest, most legible images are created.
