Boxed Storage

Cosmo Graphis Imaging Ltd, as part of its overall operation, provides a secure deep storage facility at its 18,500 sq.ft. warehouse. This facility is ideal for customers who wish to retain their records but require limited access to them.

Secure Information Destruction

Cosmo Graphis Imaging Ltd can arrange for the secure destruction of records and this destruction will be undertaken by our vetted and highly accredited contractor, Uniscope, based in Trafford Park, less than 8 miles from Cosmo Graphis Imaging Ltd’s main storage facility.

Documents are transported directly to Uniscope and a certificate of destruction is issued and available to the customer.

Active File Retrieval and Collection

Cosmo Graphis Imaging Ltd can store and provide access to active documents at any time and liaise with the customer on the appropriate method of delivery.

Collection and Delivery Service

Cosmo Graphis Imaging Ltd with its fleet of secure vehicles can collect and deliver customers records for either scanning or storage.

All collection drivers have undertaken intensive induction training and are subject to enhanced Disclosure Scotland Checks. The vehicles are securely locked at all times with two drivers always present per vehicle, to ensure there is always a backup and the vehicles are never left unattended.
