Cosmo Graphis was founded in 1975 with the aim of becoming one of the leading microfilm bureaux in the country.

Time has moved on and, although microfilming is still used, digital imaging is now at the forefront of document management.To this end, Cosmo Graphis has evolved into the largest scanning bureau in the North West and become a leading document solutions provider.

In 1993 the Company moved to its present purpose built high security premises in Altrincham, from where it services clients from all over the country, although its main customer base is mid England.

Although the company has developed and expanded out of all recognition since the early days, it is proud to still be a private company with directors and managers who between them have over sixty years experience in the document management business.

Cosmo Graphis has achieved its original aim of becoming the largest scanning bureau in the North West. Today, the Company is well known and respected for its reliable and quality work. It enjoys the reputation with its clients for easy communication and a willingness to help with any problem if and when the need arises.

It is recognised that every company has its own very individual and sometimes unique document management requirements. Today the company enjoy’s over 250 regular customers ranging from Accountancy and legal practices to large multi national companies and Government agencies such as the NHS and the Identity and Passport service.
